Reimbursements established in Costa Concordia: The national trade associations for the defense of consumers and the Costa Crociere Group have reached an agreement on the compensation to passengers were involved in the sinking of the Concordia. As reported by the same company, the Roundtable has led to the seizure of the following decisions regarding refunds to passengers of Costa Concordia:
full repayment of the value of the cruise includes port charges,
reimbursement of air and bus transfer included in the practice of cruising;
full refund of travel expenses incurred for the return;
reimbursement of medical expenses incurred;
reimbursement of expenses incurred during the cruise.
